从小到大看了很多零散的关于睡眠的新闻,最近回想了一下这些新闻,发现了其中的联系。总而言之,睡眠充足可以使人聪明,缺觉会损伤大脑。
Growing up, I have read some news about sleeping. Now I have found their connections after I recalled them. In short, plenty sleep makes you smart, lacking sleep will damage your brain.

我印象里小时候第一次看到一篇关于睡眠的新闻是说短睡者精力充沛,长睡者善于深度思考。当时在哪里看到的忘记了,我找到一篇类似结论的文章:
